An internationally experienced CEO with total vehicle experience gained over the last 30 years. A qualified accountant (ICMA) and mechanical engineer with an entrepreneurial flair, able to specify and deliver complex projects in developing markets.

Tracy started her career in banking before transferring to property management, managing a number of retail shopping centres around the UK throughout her 18 years in the industry.  With extensive budgetary and accounting experience, Tracy has also worked closely with local authorities in regard to compliance with all current regulations, most notably planning/building control, fire and health and safety.  She also holds a NEBOSH certificate for Health and Safety.

A very experienced engineer and Executive Manager with over 40 years automotive experience in senior roles. Dave has worked internationally on large scale re-location projects where  Technology Transfer is a fundamental part of the project 

Jon is an award winning professional with over 22 years’ experience in the automotive industry. He began his career with a traditional apprenticeship in Automotive Body in White manufacturing, quickly gaining promotion through the organisation. As a Project Manager, Jon has a proven track record of delivering projects both in the UK and in several overseas markets. Having worked for a broad cross section of manufacturing and design companies, Jon has developed excellent Project Management skills combining strong product knowledge with exceptional levels of service.

A very experienced all round technical expert with 30+ years automotive industry experience in design, development, manufacturing and process engineering, materials engineering, control systems and software development to support large scale volumes. Neil also has an expertise in the metal forming techniques of forgings and castings.

An experienced Operations Director who takes the responsibility of full site decommissioning, packing, shipping, reinstallation and recommissioning of complex manufacturing facilities relocated to new markets.

With extensive experience in planning, managing and delivering projects across a variety of industries, Emily recently returned to the automotive industry specialising in procurement within BIW and Powertrain. Having worked with a number of major OEMs, Emily has great experience in developing effective sourcing strategies to achieve agreed KPIs on cost and quality, whilst proving adept at building effective and long-lasting relationships within the 1st and 2nd tier supply chain.

Having gained numerous qualifications in electronic and electrical engineering, Dave embarked on a career as a service technician before quickly rising to Senior Technical engineer, in a joint tenure spanning more than twenty years. In the pursuit of a new challenge, Dave entered the automotive industry three years ago, successfully applying his unrivalled knowledge and experience within the electrical engineering sector into the role of Project Manager and Technical Engineer. Adept at brokering effective working relationships with major OEMs and customers alike, Dave works within
CGI’s Project Management team, most notably directing our work on Production Line decommissioning and reinstallation.
